Mufti Mansoor Rais is an experienced Islamic Finance Professional and a certified Shariah Advisor from SECP, with a proven track record in the Islamic Banking and Takaful industry. Currently, he holds the position of Resident Sharia Advisor (SA) at Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company – Islamic Finance Division. Over the course of his career, which spans over more than 12 years, he has gained extensive knowledge of the Islamic Finance transactions, and possess strong expertise of Shariah structuring of complex business transactions and proposals. Mufti Mansoor has conducted Sharia Reviews for both asset and liability products, as well as reviewing related documentation and agreements.

He possesses a broad range of experience in Islamic Finance, having worked with entities such as Pak Qatar Family Takaful Karachi, Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan, and Pakistan Kuwait Investment Company – Islamic Finance Division.
Education
His educational background includes an eight-year specialized degree from the renowned institution "Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi," under guidance of Sheikh Muhamad Taqi Usmani and a specialization in Fatwa from Jamia Ashraful Madaris Karachi. He also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Iqra University Karachi. Additionally, earned a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) from the International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI), and have obtained several other short-specialized certifications.
