Mr. Mohammad A. M. Al-Fares

He holds a bachelor degree in Social Sciences from Kuwait University. He is currently serving as Managing Director of M/s. Kuwaiti Egyptian Investment Company, S.A.E on behalf of KIA. He has an overall experience of more than 17 years of Real Estate Sector and remained responsible for KIA’s Real Estate Direct Investment and Infrastructure Division under the General Reserve Sector, all over the world. Furthermore, he has served on the Board of ‘The Tuniso-Kuwaitian Company of El Emar’ (STKE). Currently he is also serving on the Board of M/s. Sudanese Kuwaiti Building & Construction Co. Ltd

Mr. Saad Ur Rahman Khan

Nominated by Ministry of Finance on behalf of the Government of Pakistan.

Mr. Saad Ur Rahman Khan has an extensive banking career spanning more than 30 years in the area of Retail, Trade, SME, Commercial, Corporate, Investment Banking, Financial Institution, International Banking and Risk Management. Having started his professional journey with MCB Bank Limited in 1993, he has since held numerous senior roles in large local and multinational banks including Citibank, National Bank of Pakistan, Habib Bank Limited and Bank Alfalah. He has also served as a director on the boards of Alfalah Asset Management Limited, NBP Fund Management Limited, National Bank of Pakistan Kazakhstan, National Bank of Pakistan Tajikistan, Sapphire Wind Power Company Limited and Triconboston Consulting Corporation (Pvt) Limited. Mr. Saad is a graduate of Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi.

Mr. Abdullah Salah A. Al-Sayer

Mr. Abdullah Salah A. Al-Sayer is a nominee Director of Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA). He holds a bachelor degree in B.A. (Finance) from University of Kuwait. He is currently working in the Real Estate & Infrastructure Department of Kuwait Investment Authority. Moreover, he also attended various training programs in Kuwait, London and Dubai. Mr. Abdullah Salah A. Al-Sayer served as Director of the Board of Malaysian Kuwaiti Investment Company based in Kuala Lumpur from 2012 to 2018. Currently he is also serving on the Board of M/s United Investment and Trading Company – Bosnia.

Mr. Naveed Alauddin

Mr. Naveed Alauddin is a nominee of Government of Pakistan on the Board of PKIC since February 17, 2012. He has done Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College Management School, London and also holds a degree in BSc. Engineering (Civil) from UET, Lahore. He is serving as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Government of Pakistan. He has also served as Director on the Board of Karachi Electric Supply Corporation, Pak Arab Oil Refinery (PARCO), and Power Holding (Pvt) Limited.

Mr. Jasem A. Al-Hajry

On the Board of PKIC since May 1, 2021.

Nominated by Kuwait Investment Authority on behalf of Government of Kuwait (KIA).

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Kuwait University. He has an overall experience of more than 16 years at KIA and as an Investment Manager, he is currently a leader in the North American team, responsible for taking investment decisions and managing the North American Equities Section. Since 2018, he is also serving on the Board of Kuwait Investment Company as well as the member of its Risk and Audit Committees. Earlier during the period March 2011 to April 2017, he has also served on the Board of International Tourism and Investment Group and Zamalek Tourism and Investment Company.

Mr. Mansoor Masood Khan

Nominated by the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the Government of Pakistan on April 26, 2023.

He has done Masters in Business Administration from University of Hartford, Connecticut, USA and also holds a Master of Arts in Economics from University of Karachi, Pakistan. His banking career spans for more than 39 years, comprising over a decade experience as CEO including 6 years in a closely regulated banking sector in the UK, with main focus on Capital Planning, Liquidity and Risk Management. In Pakistan he has been extensively involved in Corporate and Investment banking areas representing large and foreign banks in some iconic transactions. He has an extensive experience of serving on the Board of Directors and Board Committees in various organizations which includes United National Bank, National Investment Trust, Investment Corporation of Pakistan, UBL Asset Management Company, Saudi Pak Insurance Company and Pakistan Cricket Board.
