PKIC is dedicated to fostering diversity and embracing inclusivity within our organization. PKIC is known for recognizing gender diversity at workplace. With the Finance industry being predominantly male centric, the workforce diversity female to male ratio stood at 8% in 2018, since then with the efforts of the Management, supported by the esteemed members of the Board, the ratio has increased exponentially and it stands at 23% currently.

Taha from KDSP Joins us for our Summer Internship Program 2024

We are glad to have had Taha with us for our Summer Internship Program – 2024. He was tasked with data entry on Word and Excel. He enjoyed bonding with colleagues and staying active during breaks. This internship aimed to empower him and foster his independence as an individual with Down Syndrome.

We proudly highlight our commitment through various initiatives, such as welcoming interns with Down Syndrome affiliated with Karachi Down Syndrome Program (KDSP) as well as from other organizations such Bioniks and Karachi Vocational Training Center (KVTC). Additionally, we value the contributions of employees who are differently abled physically but are no less than their peers when it comes to performing exceptionally. We are dedicated to creating an environment whereby individuals from diverse backgrounds get a chance to contribute meaningfully to our collective success.
