Professional ethics are an integral part of the sound governance framework of any organization. PKIC has strived hard to achieve a governance culture, where its employees adhere to best ethical standards. The financial stability and the high governance ratings over the years have been achieved due to strict compliance with the professional standards in all the business activities.

Multiple Codes of Conduct have been implemented at various levels to clearly spell out PKIC’s expectation in terms of employee behavior. These Codes enforce respect for financial market norms and provide measures for managing conflicts of interest with the interests of the clients and PKIC.

PKIC’s ethical standards require its employees to report any transaction which is not executed in accordance with the standard policies and procedures through the complaint system. Whistle blower policy mechanism is in place for reporting such issues.
