PKIC-IFD purchases the finished/ manufactured goods of the customer. After talking physical or constructive possession, PKIC-IFD appoints customer its agent to sell these goods to ultimate buyer.

Business Need

A short-term financing facility for meeting liquidity requirements of the customer.

Essential Shariah Requirements

• Proper inspection of Tijarah goods
• Tijarah goods should be identified and unencumbered.
• Delivery must be Physical or constructive
• Customer will be appointed as an agent to sell PKIC-IFD goods in market
• Purchasing of goods from customer must be done at arm’s length
• Settlement should be done through sale proceeds of Tijarah goods.
